Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds and Return/Exchange Policy upon purchase of Artworks

Consumers have a right to return a product if there is a deemed a problem with it. Whether the item is damaged or faulty in any way. Typically, consumers do not have the right to return a purchase if they change their mind about it.

I understand that purchasing a piece of art is a big decision and I can appreciate that sometimes the artwork may not look as though you expected in the space you were thinking of hanging it. So, if you are unhappy with the artwork, I ask that you email me within 7 days upon receiving it, with your request to return.

All that I ask is…

  • That the artwork must be packaged as it was delivered to the purchaser
  • That there has been no additional framing made to the artwork
  • The cost of the return shipping will be covered by the purchaser
  • The purchaser must use a trackable and insured shipping carrier and the tracking information must be provided to me
  • If the artwork is returned in any condition less than when it was originally sent, the purchaser will have the cost of the damage subtracted from the refund
  • Returns are not available for items damaged in shipment. These will be covered as part of insurance attached to the delivery

If the artwork arrives damaged, you must get in contact me within 24 hours of delivery and provide me with photos of any damage to the packaging.

Additional Information :

All artworks are originals and come with a certificate of authenticity. They are presented on Gallery quality stretched canvas and finished with a water-based polyurethane protective varnish.

All artworks come unframed unless specified. Please contact me if you would like me to arrange professional framing to be added at an additional cost.
